Create an identity and stationary including a promo book for a make-up
artist. Solution I used the type to establish the identity. The client wanted to keep the look simple, but still have an impact and stand out. I drew line drawing of different products and tools that one associates with make-up. I think this is a successful way of showing exactly what she does without getting bogged down with detail and keeping the design fun. With her promo book, it needed to be cheap and easy to recreate, so I just printed the photos on glossy paper, and attached them in using photo corners, this gives it a hand-made feel, while the grewy page with the copy, make sure it still feels designed, and not haphazard. |
